Thai Massaman curry is one of my favorite dishes. I make it myself. The key ingredient which distinguishes it from other curries is tamarind resin.
I must dispute that Germany invented the hamburger though. Americans invented it as we enjoy it now based on some uninspired German version. Nothing like the American hamburger ever was in Germany until we brought it there. Credit where credit's due.

I was wondering about that. I thought "Huh?". And we have the best! I've tried burgers
in lots of other countries (I've been to 29.), and none of them hold a candle to those
in the good ol' USA!
