No, it just spikes, like electric, and my foot twitches, dislocated ankle from 2013.

That sounds like it might be nerve pain. You're really getting the most out of this "dislocated ankle". Perhaps something else is going on and seeing a doctor to check all of this out might help you if you really want help. They'll give you better advice than any of us on filmboards could.
