But red means your intestine is bleeding. Black means your stomach is bleeding.

Like I said, if you have black blood it's been partially digested in your stomach. It could be an ulcer. That's serious.
Red is coming from the intestine which means it's probably not serious, just a minor abrasion. Violet is probably just blood from an intestinal cut mixed with some intestinal gunk.
But see your doctor.
