    Dehydration can trigger a migraine, at least for me. When I notice a scotoma I start chugging water. Since I started doing that it has never progressed to a severe migraine while before I used to get one once a month.

        I used to get several bad ones a week… then I heard that aspartame (artificial sweetener) can cause them for some people.
        I stopped consuming anything with aspartame in it, and in less than a week, no more migraines.
        Aspartame bad.
        Apparently, stupid people

                You are eating unhealthy foods and lacking in these vitamins -
                B2
                B6
                Vitamin D
                Vitamin C
                and Vitamin E
                Also increase -
                Magnesium
                Potassium
                Other things that can help -
                Fish Oil
                Gingko Biloba
                Flax seed
                Ginger root
                You could also try doing Yoga or smoke some weed.

                    Just eat low inflammation foods only. Your body will sort itself out after a while.

                      I had a few really bad ones in the late 90's. I used to smoke back then. Since I quit smoking in 2005, I haven't had a single migraine attack.

                        Thankfully, no. I worked with people who thought it was a migraine when they had a headache. They have no idea what a migraine is
