Oh man, did I feel awful last night. I was tossing and turning in bed and waking up every hour.
I took my Vitamin C drink and am going to go to bed early. Hopefully it's restful sleep.
There's some awful virus going around here. People are coughing left and right. They gave it to me.
How are you all doing during these cold months? Managing to stay healthy?

forget that chicken soup bullshit and any other folk medicine or old wives' tales advice.
i get a flu shot every october. it's no absolute guarantee but it helps.
