I gave Ja'Smoochie some noodles. She sniffed them, ate one or two, but didn't want the rest. Would it be okay to eat what she left?

Reminds me of one time when my uncle was cooking a pizza, and I told him it smelled terrible. He ignored me and took a bite, realizing that it
was
bad. So he threw it out to the neighbor dog.
Later I found it several feet from the package. Apparently the dog had picked it up and carried it a short distance, Recognizing that it was bad, he had dropped it.
Bottom line:
You don't want to risk getting sick just to salvage a few pennies worth of noodles.
