She's really enjoying herself, and she reacts to your voice talking to her even though there's a lot of background noise. Nice!
Yah, it's amazing.
Emmy changed her colour (belly) or Donna got a new cam-setting.
And that budgie talks with the TV…not with Donna. -

Well I talk to them all the time without the noises in the background.
I talk to them before bedtime, during the day when I can and in the mornings when I wake up.
So I'm always talking to them when it's quiet. And I sing to them too. -

Emmy can singing and make budgie noises more than Sapphire. Sapphire just chirps and screeches when excited.
Emmy also flies more and better than Sapphire cuz the pet store sells budgies that have clipped wings. -

Man I gotta go grocery shopping and Sapphire refuses to go back inside his cage.
He won't go onto his perch like he did yesterday. I think he figured out from yesterday that the perch means that I will be putting him back inside his cage. -

Although I'd like for them to have time out of the cage, I just don't know how long they will decide to stay out. They go in on their own I think now that they understand where the openings are and where their food and water dishes are.
It's just that they wanna be be outside that cage for hours. Yesterday Emmy was out for 4 hours! Today, Sapphire was out for almost two hours. -

You'll work something out. My cockatiel was out of his cage most of the day, and mostly sitting on my shoulder. He'd go in when he needed food and water and whatever else he wanted. Sometimes he'd sit on top of his cage and talk to his reflection in a piece of shiny plastic. You and your birds are still learning about each other. It takes time and patience as you're finding out!
