Why do football players never get in trouble for diving AFTER the fact?

I'll admit I dont watch a TON of football, I do watch a lot of highlights on youtube tho and being booked for " simulation " is normally something that makes the highlight reel yet i rarely see it. Ok it may be somewhat easy to fool the ref while in live play but we have VAR nao.
I mean look at this, he clearly body checks the guy, taunts him while on the floor and then WAITS for contact and goes down like a bitch, it was obviously a dive, he obviously simulated being hit hard and got the player sent off, yet he is not being punished after the game for breaking the rules.
The player he got sent off will miss more than one game for this and possibly be fined a week or 2 wages depending on his clubs policy.
If I was a manager and my OWN team were doing this i'd give them a bollocking, it's the most pathetic thing you could do on a pitch. Yes I am looking at YOU, Raheem -

But to be honest it would not surprise me. Some of these players in addition to their 50k a week wages get big bonus for scoring goals or winning games, I'd probably kiss a dude if i just managed to score and earn't an extra 5k lol and the dude setting up my goal probably got an extra 3k for the assist, so no wonder they all kissing each other and ****, they happy with life
