It was enjoyable enough. Easily the best in the series.

Took my ages to stick with it. Something about the game just didn't click for me.

Super-awesome game. One of the better campaigns of the year, surprisingly enough. I didn't think they could make a campaign without sacrificing what made Titanfall what it was to begin with. Clearly I was wrong.
89 - Dark Souls III
Another great game. Still haven't played the DLC, though. Haven't heard great things, and I'm trying not to sour myself on the genre.

88 - Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration
Still haven't finished it yet. Wish I'd just bought the vanilla game, to honest. All the DLC and whatnot just adds an unnecessary amount of stuff to the game. Like, I was just given an arsenal of weapons, whereas in the first game I had to find them in the game itself and so on.

88 - Dishonored 2
I have a conflicting opinion on the first game. It has some interesting mechanics and art style (like a whale-punk version of Half Life), but then it desperately wants to be a stealth game, an aspect that it horribly fails at. Oh, and it chastises you for killing, yet the majority of gear in the game is made to murder, and the game constantly tells you to murder people. So, never had much incentive to play the second game. Surprised it was rated that high.

Rented it, didn't quite finish but it was decent, just not that into Uncharted as a series (esp post TLOU).

Have it for PC, haven't played the DLC yet but base game is arguably best of gen.

Started, didn't finish, probably never will. Dull gameplay without a story good enough to warrant continuing.

Dark Souls III - Great game, nice end to the Dark Souls series, second best in that particular trilogy I think. It only feels a bit tired in retrospect, but I had a blast playing it.
XCOM 2 - Even better than the previous game which in itself was fantastic. There were some weird graphical bugs and such but I was mostly spared. Would've been nicer with less timed missions, but other than that it's probably better in every way.
DOOM - Best FPS in a long, long time and probably the best one I've played other than the 2.5D DOOM games and Deus Ex if that one counts. I don't think I've enjoyed a game this much since I played Dark Souls.
A friend gave me The Witness as a birthday gift so I'll be looking forward to that one, I've been kind of psyched to play it since it came out. I will get Titanfall 2 at some point too, I want to try that campaign.
