For Mystery Men. Song ended up overshadowing the movie over time.
I haven't watched it in ages, but remember liking it as a kid. The cast is stacked, but I guess it was a forgettable movie because I can't remember **** about it. -

All I remember is that Kel Mitchell was in it because the Nickelodeon magazine was making a huge deal out of it back then.
I almost saw Smash Mouth for free years ago, but they canceled at the last minute.

I remember that. I used to get Nickelodeon Magazine back in the day. I remember that's what got me interested in watching Hey Arnold.
As far as the plot of the movie goes, I know they're superheroes (sort of) and trying to recruit at one point. I know Janeane Garofalo had a bowling ball with a skull I think (was it her dad's?). That's all I can remember.
But yeah, the video came on the 90's Vevo channel, and I was surptised that it started with a scene from the movie. I don't even remember it in the movie. It was in ao many movies as well as other Smash Mouth songs. -

despair no more! smashmouth is touring 2026. the original frontman is dead so i dont know who is replaced or how good this person is. case in point: linkin park replacement uproar a few years ago
