In the research department.
They are in dire need of good fact checkers.
The ladies were right to be skeptical when it comes to those computers.
You asked a pretty question; I've given you the ugly answer.

When you said that they were in love in real life, I was still thinking of the ladies in the research department…
The ladies were all in love with each other???
Yes. Tracy and Hepburn were a couple. One of Hollywood's not so best kept secrets.
She didn't go to his funeral out of respect to his widow and his children… or did he only have one?
I like this one, and so many of their movies.
Guess Who's Coming To Dinner is obviously outdated and I'm sure, extremely strange to many of us these days, but I love Hepburn's and Tracy's performances in it.
His last…
His last speech to the families always makes me tear up.
You asked a pretty question; I've given you the ugly answer.

Oh the women in Desk Set were quite possibly not capable of love Margo
But, love is a fickle thing and presents itself in lots of different ways
Yes, Tracy and Hepburn seemed to have that type of relationship which was forbidden at the time - even though it would be considered perfectly normal these days.
They did lots of quality work pulling the general sentiment of the US towards what we now consider to be older, trashier times - just goes to show, progress doesn't actually have a final destination
