Blatant violation of the 10th amendment, but they could do a lot of damage while waiting on the Supreme Court to rule on it.

And correct me if I'm wrong…but hasn't a moratorium on AI regulation existed since the Biden administration? And no…I'm not but but but bidening you lol.
We are in an AI arms race…no hitting the breaks…full speed ahead… consequences be damned!

I'm not sure. Possibly federally. But meddling with the states is something else entirely. Of course, some states are already on board. I posted a video yesterday that mentioned a recent West Virginia state law that would take away much of the power of local governments to restrict new data center construction.

I believe I saw this story…not what I like seeing.
It all plays very well into the 2027 conspiracy theory… familiar with that? Not necessarily the feel good story you'd hope for…but probably more on point than we'd like to admit. Check it out if your up for some dystopia

Wasn't Troll Vermin and his bot buddy working on something to address that? Or something about a mouse trap?
Anyway, reading through it, it definitely sounds plausible. The optimist in me thinks this is about to become
                  the
hot-button issue, with AI maybe even replacing immigrants as the go-to scapegoat for all of our social ills. So I'd expect to see more regulation in the coming years. But if not 😬😬😬

I unfortunately I see less regulations in our future and current events do not dissuade my opinion. For a guy that dabbled in the medium I don't have a rosy outlook for what our future holds with it in our shadow's
