pretty pathetic when a Beaner Republic's tin-horn dictator must put out a call for foreign mercenaries to come to his defense: that shows how little Maduro thinks of his own military and people as defenders of the Nation.
but a bright spot? what if Hamas and these other raghats in Gaza heed the call and embark for Caracas? that will make Israel's task in sweeping out Gaza easier.

Hardly. Even if all of his own people agreed to fight the imperialist invaders to the death (and I'm sure millions will answer the call), Venezuela would still stand little chance against the greatest superpower in the world. Venezuela needs outside support. I hope Russia and/or China intervenes. The US has been meddling in Latin America for far too long. The people of that region need to stand up to the big bully of the North and come to Venezuela's aid. -

wrong. real Communism has never been tried.
i still think Marx's ideas to be the noblest set of ideals ever penned by a political thinker. where else in political literature do you find thinkers saying that we were going to end all forms of human exploitation? wage exploitation, exploitation of women by men, the exploitation of people of colour by white people, the exploitation of colonial countries by imperialist countries. and Marx spoke of the fact that socialism will be the kingdom of freedom, where humans realise themselves in a way that humankind has never seen before.
