it does sound like him, yes. i also think it's him bc i remember Vlad being the only poster here who kept on ranting about sending National Guard forces to specifically Portland. he made several very angry threads about Portland. for some reason that city triggers him really bad. maybe he was mugged there once or he got bad dope from a street dealer or sth and is now traumatised?
