On top of that, Israel would never allow them to return after the fighting has stopped as Netanyahu and the far right in Israel has made it abundantly clear that they intend to annex all of Gaza and the West Bank, so Egypt would in fact be assisting Israel in ethnic cleansing if it opened its borders. -
