I didn't do any workout, I took up bike riding. If you want to lose weight you have to work out too or you'll end up with lose skin.

Nah the other end of the spectrum actually. I make it, have maybe a sip or 2 after 10 minutes, then just completely forget about it for another 45 minutes and then neck the rest in one big long swing while it is luke warm. That is how %96 of my teas and coffees get drunk.
Have you ever made a tea, forgot you made it and made another one and then when you come back to place your tea in its regular resting place you discover the forgotten Tea and nao you have 2 teas? -
