It appears the color, link, and who knows what else is disabled in Private Messages. I just sent a message and both messages signature appeared odd without its features working properly.
Without strife, your victory has no meaning.
Without strife, you do not advance.
Without strife, there is only stagnation.

It appears, there is no preview button for PM messages though.
