On a straight stretch of road, and you come to a point where you want to turn around (like ICE blocking the road because they're engaged in their usual douchebaggery)… doing a 180 is not necessarily a quick operation,
especially
if you're not the only car there. As we see, she made the first two points in her turn before having to wait for traffic -
which was not in any way blocked
, as your own link points out. You're going to have to come up with something better if you wish to make her out to be the bad guy here. -
