Your concern is understandable.
If this had happened here (DE), the police would've arrived much faster!
But I believe Dave Taylor.
This dubious flag obviously belongs to one of Taylor's employees who works for him since January.
Taylor clearly distanced himself from it, which he wouldn't need to do in the USA if the swastika truly
represented his opinion.
Another (similar) article sheds more light on the incident:
The offensive image, containing modified red and white stripes forming a Nazi symbol, was apparently pinned on a cubicle wall and became visible during a virtual meeting involving Taylor’s staff. The incident became public after a viral photo showed the altered flag behind Angelo Elia, a legislative correspondent in Taylor’s office, during a virtual meeting.
