Expected to feel empathy for a man who derided empathy

You can be sad about their deaths because of who it affects. I had no idea who Charlie Kirk even was until yesterday but unless if hes a mass murderer then I’m not sure he’s comparable to bin Laden.
And kids are always innocent so almost any event involving a death will be upsetting when children are affected or involved. I am sure there were kids there watching and saw him get shot and are traumatized by it. His kids of his own will have a lot of hardships to face and on top of that are going to grow up knowing there dads death was mocked by thousands of ppl
You’re asking the wrong person about the children in Palestine because I never expressed once that I don’t care about them. I think empathy should be for humanity as a whole and not selective for only certain people -

But I've not seen you once talk about the genocide and what's happening to the children there. Then someone you didn't know of gets shot, and you've been very vocal.
The hateful ideology he spread leads to hate crimes agaisnt trans people. It feeds the fascism that's harming this country.
Bin Laden didn't fly the planes into the towers, just as Charlie Kirk didn't commit hate crimes, but they both had power and influence to indirectly cause harm. Maybe not exactly in the same way, but the point I'm trying to make is having a family doesn't make anyone special. I feel for the kids. Had he not been shot, I'd feel for their having such a piece of **** as a parent.
I offer him the same lack of wmpathy he's shown other people, including shooting victims. -

My main problem with this whole thing is that a human being died and that people are making it into a joke or celebrating it. He may not be completely innocent but definitely not a violent or dangerous criminal who needed to be taken down. I never felt the need to speak out about the genocide thing since no one was joking about it and that we’re all in universal agreement that that is a terrible thing. I’m not very vocal about these things because I don’t typically know the full picture. I can really only understand someone celebrating a death of someone who is extremely dangerous like a serial killer or terrorist or something like that. Not someone who supposedly just had a big mouth

and even the people who think israel is in the right about the gaza genocide are just denying the genocide (except for a couple of shills, whom i not even sure are even real people).
to actually rejoice in the death of someone who never committed physical violence is rather abhorrent.
perhaps fugazi's decision to jump on the bandwagon of those who supported the murderer of that healthcare ceo (whom you could argue, profited off hurting others) helped lead him down this path, coupled with his need for attention which he gets by rebelling, idk.
but it's up to you to help lead fugazi back to the light. he doesn't listen to anyone else here. -

He had more than a big mouth. He was a major source of propaganda for fascism. He had actual influence. People like him are why ICE is able to do what they do. I think you underestimate the power of propaganda.
I'm bot even saying everyone should support what happened to him, but I don't ****ing care that this piece of **** died, and that's okay. Empathy for those who lack empathy for others is a waste.
My heart does go out to his kids. Kids are innocent. -

It might look like I'm cold about violence, bbut it's just a coldness towards someoen who showed the same coldness to innocent victims and spread a hateful and harmful ideology. He is partly responsible for Trump being in office and the harm he's doing.

^is this guy is really trying to connect a talking head to people who actually commit physical harm to others?
with his logic, should we be so cold toward him if he were shot because he was cold about this incident? -
