You could give them a reason to think you might be pre diabetic. You could find readings of high glucose online, save them, show your doctor on your phone and say you took a picture of your glucose meter readings. Say you can't stop eating sugar its impossible you've tried etc.
You would have a decent chance of getting on a glp1 like wegovy or ozempic. Cry, ham it up - say you get so dizzy and are addicted to sugar and suicidal over your weight. Beg for ozempic.
Your doctor reslly could give it to you.
Trust me, I have gotten prescriptions from doctors through similar antics. Mostly to calm my hypochondriac mind. Ive gotten scans and tests.
Doctors are kinda dumb. They will order a test or give u a prescription if there's a decent reason and you are being a thorn in their flesh about it.
You never listen to me though.
Maybe just this once.
Why not try my plan.

Hello! It’s normal to feel frustrated, but remember that small, consistent steps can lead to real progress over time. You don’t have to do everything at once — even minor changes in activity and habits make a difference. If you’re looking for tools to help you stay consistent and motivated, here is a helpful resource from BetterMe about returning to or exchanging fitness products that support your journey:

It's much easier to gain then to lose.
To lose you have to exercise and eat less and stick to it.
It takes a lot of discipline and will power.
