I've always really enjoyed them and found them tasty. I remember other children my age would scoff at the mere thought of eating them. My grandmother would steam them, and I'd cut them in half, put a dollop of butter on them and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Can't figure out why people don't like them.

We spritz them with olive oil, then salt and pepper. They take too long to prepare, though.
