Do something about the last few minutes of close NBA games where they get caught in the foul-free throw-time out loop that makes the last minute take half an hour to play out.
Also get rid of the bullpen game abominations taking over baseball.

Get rid of free throws altogether. Treat it like a goaltend. If you commit a foul on a shot attempt the other team gets the score.

Do away with the offsides rule in soccer/futbol/football. Play should be uninhibited by such a silly restriction. Play joyfully and freely like a bunch of 7 year olds on a school playground and give the fans what they want!
