And expect to have a health good sounding singer voice the others smoke and sing well they are blessed and talented and don’t need much help with singing to begin with but I do and my heads away with trying all the time I’ll never get the voice I want

I gave it up cold turkey after doing it for 30+ years. Been smoke free for almost nine years now. You can do it, I have faith in you.

Just decided one night that I was done. Had one left in my pack and once it was smoked I didn't go get another. For the most part it was easy, which was surprising after doing it for more than thirty years. I had the occasional taste for one (but very few full-on cravings), but overall it wasn't bad. I was just ready to be done with it I guess.
