It depends on your definition of antisemitism.
If you go by the definition of hating Jewish people, then probably, yes.
If you go by the definition of criticizing the actions of the Israeli military then I'd say they are on a level playing field with the Republicans, i.e. not antisemitic at all.
I was once told that conflating Jewish people with the state of Israel was antisemitic.
This rule seems to have been reversed now, if you don't see Jewish people and the state of Israel as a singular, inseparable entity you are an antisemite.
If you criticize Israel in anyway you are actually criticizing the entire global Jewish population.
I don't think anyone in the Republicans or Democrats see any distinction between the Jewish people and the state of Israel so I'd say neither party is antisemitic in any way.
