Why didn't you just buy some 60w or 100w LED bulbs? They don't use much juice and last forever.

60W is too dim. 100W is too bright. I woulda' bought 75W in LED… IF there were any to be found on the shelf. Couldn't find any. But it was the time-consuming searching through all those many bewildering bulb options, that made me want to start this topic. Anyway, that was Lowe's… I'm pretty sure I can find 75W at Home Depot. If not, I'll order online.
