democrats are some violent little bastards

The violence is not happening in only "Blue" states.
Like a large portion of it is in Texas which is a "Red" state.
You also have a bunch of it in Florida and other southern states.
Plus state's colors can and do change from one election to the other.
This is just trying to show where the most violent gun crimes happen and is not blaming Repubs. or Dems. for it, which is a stupid thing to do.

Possible, but the right doesn't tend to riot across the country like the left has a habit of doing. Sure, there was Janaury 6th, but that was an isolated incident, lasted 3 hours and was instigated and planned by many bad actors, and was strictly focused at the Capitol building. When Trump won leftists rioted across the country for days and then did it again on his inauguration, and they targeted small businesses and private property because they're garbage pieces of ****.

I think the Cap. and other DC landmarks will be fenced with Natl. Guard armed troops as was done for the last inauguration.
While I agree with you about the BLM vs 1/6 riots, things change and there is a first time for everything and recently Trump did suggest there would be a "bloodbath," should he lose.
I don't remember or know if I heard of the "Trump winning - Dem./Lib sore loser" riots.

100%.

For sure, definitely a possibility.
Trump did suggest there would be a "bloodbath," should he lose.
Yeah he was referring to economics in the auto industry. Funny thing is there's a long montage of Democrats and media members using the word bloodbath in the same political context as how Trump used it. I actually posted it in a thread here yesterday.

Yeah he was referring to economics in the auto industry.
I don't think anyone knows for sure.
Who knows what he always means?
Supporters will say it was for the autos while his opponents will think riots or violent uprisings or even a full out civil war! LOL
I checked out some of the video you shared and agree.
Just like how when Trump used fighting words on 1/6 while other Dems would use them all the time.
Like give them a pass where they "didn't mean it" but not Trump!
As always an unfair and biased media against Trump while they ignore Biden's war mongering and how he is way the **** too old with his blunders and other senior moments.
I doubt I will end up voting for either one.
Instead RFK looks good to me right now.
Plus it takes away a vote from Brandon to give Trump a chance and I am good with that.
You think you might vote for Trump?

That's actually a fair assessment, but I think the media should include the full statement and let the people decide, instead of selectively editing it and implying a narrative of threats and violence.
You think you might vote for Trump?
Yeah I'm going to vote for Trump. I wanted DeSantis, but here we are. Don't think Trump is a good person, but I mostly liked him policy wise, aside from his spending and propping up Fauci.

I had no idea that Biden was going to be this bad.
So I don't or won't blame you or anyone else who picks Brandon over the OLD geezer.
Fauci.
Ya know, Trump was right when he said that the Chink virus would just, "go away."
His timing was wrong but where is the credit in how right he was about that?
I think it's interesting the media is not attacking Trump that he played golf a lot.
Seems they forgot about that when they didn't when he was president.

I didn't either. I knew he was going to be bad, but he's clearly not running things, he's letting his progressive base push him around.

Yes.
But pointing out that democrat policies lead to more violent gun crime is essentially the point. An armed society is a polite society.

An armed society is a polite society.
LOL
If that was true then it would be a polite society already seeing how we are armed up the wazoo.
Adding more guns is like fighting a fire with gas.
It will just make things worse.
This map shows how there is violent gun crime everywhere and it's irrelevant as to what places are more violent than others.
You really shot yourself in the foot with this one.

Which brings us RIGHT BACK to the map I posted which PROVES as much. You seem to think there is a way to completely eliminate violent crime. Impossible. There are only acceptable minimums.
Let me spell it out for ya.
Places with more gun: Polite society/Less crime
Places with fewer guns: Democrat control/More crime
Get it now? If not I can bust out the crayons. Whats your favorite color?

You shoulda done some homework before just going by a bogus map.
Even though gun violence is an epidemic—touching the lives of Americans everywhere—instead of passing stronger gun laws, Republican leaders are choosing to weaponize the issue for political gain by using misinformation to stoke fears of “Democrat-controlled” cities.
In 2022, for example, after a shooter took the lives of 19 children and two teachers at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, Gov. Greg Abbott (R-TX) claimed that gun violence in the cities of New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago is evidence that tougher gun laws are “not a real solution.”
Similarly, despite evidence that New York City actually has relatively low rates of gun violence when controlling for its size, in April 2023, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) used his powers as the House Judiciary Committee chair to hold a field hearing on violent crime in Manhattan to disrepute Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg after Bragg brought charges against former President Donald Trump.
These examples demonstrate a larger coordinated effort by conservatives to make violent crime a “Democrat” issue while at the same time diverting attention from their own public safety failures to address gun violence, including neglecting to make it harder for individuals with violent intentions to obtain a gun.
However, despite the millions of dollars spent on this misinformation campaign, the data on gun violence homicides in America paint an entirely different picture. Original analysis conducted by the Center for American Progress Action Fund on the 300 most populous U.S. cities comparing gun homicide rates from January 2015 to August 2023 finds that, after controlling for population size:
Cities in blue states, based on how a state voted in the 2020 presidential election, are consistently safer from guns than cities in red states, regardless of which party is represented in city leadership.
From 2018 to 2021, red-state cities experienced larger increases in gun violence rates than blue-state cities.
In 2023, blue-state cities are experiencing larger declines in gun violence rates than red-state cities.

Lol, that is one of the silliest manipulations of data I've ever seen. This is still vastly happening in the major cities, regardless of state leanings, and the major cities are overwhelmingly run by Democrats who control their own local law enforcement. Democrat leadership in these cities tend to go extremely lenient on crime and demonize and restrict their police forces. So it's not really a gun control issue, more of criminal justice policy issues being pushed and enforced.

Unless I see something to the contrary of this I'm going to take their word since they are the ones who did the research as opposed to someone else who may be a gun owner or at least supports the 4A and just has a biased opinion.

I'm not saying what's stated in that study is wrong, but they're intentionally broadening it out to support a narrative, when you narrow it down these crimes are happening in cities almost entirely run by Democrats. OP was arguing red vs blue areas, not red and blue states, that's too broad to go by states. Their data may be correct, but it's manipulated to push a narrative. Fart Face /. tried that nonsense below.
And yes, I have multiple guns, not a bunch, but I do have some. They are awesome.
