They make noise just for the sake of making noise. There was one down the street screaming her head off for no reason. Saw one at the store running down the aisle screaming for no reason. I was parked at an office which was a distance away from an elementary school. I could hear the kids at recess screaming and yelling. I tried to make out a SINGLE COHERENT WORD and I couldn't. It was just mindless noise.

Yes, and I didn't scream my head off just to make noise. Neither did the other kids. At recess they would YELL COHERENT WORDS to the other kids.
