Stop eating gluten foods like pasta. Don’t boil all your vegetables. Eat some raw. Don’t boil your fruit. You’re destroying what is good. Buy frozen cod and salmon in bags from grocery store. Add some olive oil and nuts like almonds, walnuts and sunflower seeds.

Yea, I need to look up and experiment with new recipes. I should grind up the nuts and mix them with my meat, salads, etc.
