Colorado has barred Trump. Now I think this is a good thing because not only is Trump way too toxic and a sore loser but also because his bungling all but threw the race to biden. We have suffered rampant inflation, unchecked illegal immigration and national disgrace and embarrassment all because he totally fumbled the election resulting in a loss to a senile corrupt old fool

You cant just declare that someone engaged in insurrection without legal definition of insurrection, without criminal trial or without conviction for insurrection. This seems to violate due process.

Colorado DOES NOT determine the result of a federal election. Primary votes do not determine the end result of a federal election either. Not to mention Colorado is blue state, so big whoop!
Neither Trump or Biden are on a ballot yet either for a federal election, so this is all smoke and mirror bullshit.

It sets a precedent that may then be applied in swing states or future elections.
This is actually a very significant event, this phenoma of states barring eligible candidates from running. First time in history, I believe.

Swing states or not, it won't change the end result of an electorate college vote. Only there will be no accounting for the popularity vote.
People know who they will want to vote for and if they don't, they will go independent or not bother at all.
