Keep it up! Each day tell yourself you got this. Simply make wise food choices and NO snacking at night.
-Drink plenty of water. I always do one large glass before eating any meal.
-Cut calories where you can, if it is sensible. (Use honey instead of sugar. Even better, sweeten with fresh fruit.)
-Try to work in veggies wherever possible.
-Allow yourself mistakes and then get right back on track! I allow myself one cheat day.
-walk whenever possible!
-look up things that will work for YOU.
