ceo is a self-imposed title. hell, our very own NIMDA is CEO of FiBo. see how meaningless that is.
he had a fraud lawsuit brought against him in florida, of course. i dont know if the case was dismissed or still active. but one thing is sure: he must be the world's best showman to convince nominally intelligent people to get inside this thing and submerge, all the while their better instincts are telling them to run away fast from what they see as amateurish construction and design.
