When the West bombs Middle Eastern countries, it leads to instability in these areas, governments lose grip, terrorists gain territory. Houses get blown up, children die. Traumatised people migrate to the west.

You are correct that his refugee application stated he was a christian. but that means nothing if the declaration was false to avoid strict scrutiny of his story if "muslim" had been entered. for all we know, he is a syrian intel agent tasked with infiltrating refugee groups.
second, why do you say mental health is an issue in play? the guy could be a terrorist or just plain evil. giving him more money or a bigger flat just because he has a "mental health" condition is laughable.
Also, the West needs to stop bombing Middle Eastern countries, then things like this won't happen.
