The goal is to go from standing to sitting on the floor and standing again without any assistance from your hands. Here's how to do it:

So we can get up however we want as long as we don't use our hands? 🧐 The reason I ask is cuz I flumped myself back onto my butt as I approached the ground so I was touching the floor but the only problem was I was sat like the kappa logo, spread eagle wondering how tf I was supposed to cross my legs.

I got 9 points. I used a knee to support me twisting my other leg around to stand up but other than that I did pretty good. No hands, ma!
It's easier to squat on your tiptoes than it is to do this!
