It's my utmost priority. And yes, freedom can be used for bad, I'll agree, but the pros of freedom far outweigh the cons, and it's far better than authoritarianism.

I think context matters. Freedom can be good or bad. Kind of like fire or electricity.
Yes, your ideology claims that it's your utnost priority, but you always need to qualify it. That was my point. It's conservatives who don't want gays marrying. It's conservatives whobare against transitioning. It's conservatives who are against women having a right to choose and so on.

Eh, you make some decent points. Honestly I want the government out of marriage in general, then it doesn't matter. Your church can marry who they want and don't have to recognize anyone else's marriage, and just the same as a gay couple. There's no reason we need the government getting involved in it. I'm all for adults transitioning if they want, I think they're freaks but it's their business, but not for children, that's abuse.
