That's in the first clip below. Maybe he was joking, but in the second clip below, he sits on one of the child-size bikes.
In the third video (the video is set to start at this part), a little girl shows up at the end of Biden's speech, to lead him by the hand to where he needs to go. Then he picks up a donated toy and the girl again shows him where to go, and has a weird expression on his face as he carries the toy: -

Putin and his people are always making threats like that against NATO countries. He said things NATO countries did to help Ukraine would be "seen as acts of war," and he still did nothing. He won't try anything unless he wants to spend his remaining days in his anti-nuclear bunker.
