What will be the “turns out cigarettes are bad for us” of our generation?

Agreed.
This trend toward transitioning anyone and everyone who asks for it is going to be regretted.
Lots of young kids who do this are otherwise lost and being trans gives them a needed sense of identity. They feel accepted and special. Once this phase passes, they will regret ruining their bodies.
I suspect the popularity of being trans is symptomatic of the larger problem of normalized loneliness, normalizing unhealthy living (drugs and bad food).

I went to one of those "cliff edges" with my ex one day years ago and we wanted to get a selfie as close as we could.
But I didn't trust her.
One of us could have pushed the other off so easily, and no one would have been around to see it. I told her to take it, and stay at a distance, then I ran my ass back, averting away from her vicinity, into a safe area. You just never know.

I did my own recently near the edge of a bluff while keeping a safe distance.
I don't get it why getting closer to the edge somehow will make it more interesting or dramatic when 5-10 ft away may look the same.

Yeah our grandchildren will be like, what is this internet you speak of? Well let me tell you son, it started a great divide in the world, where ****nuts could get in touch with other ****nuts way too easily and formed an alliance of ****nuts and then it just spiraled.
Thats it, I’m going to clown college
