What will be the “turns out cigarettes are bad for us” of our generation?

Did you get it?
I got pfizered 2x and the booster. That was a year ago. Not getting it again.
I’m immune to covid, apparently. My special friend had mild Covid and we ****ed all night, never got it. I unknowingly spent days living among the infected when visiting my family, never got it. My immune system is superhuman except when it comes to allergies. I’m healthier than Fauci; I am the science.

One-time-use plastics.
Plastic should be banned. The plastic that exists should be made into permanent storage. Plastic is bad for the environment and harms animals and our oceans.
The world is ****ing stupid, sometimes.
If a plastic bottle killed just ONE dolphin at some point in time in 1982, then a reasonable person would ban that permanently. The fact that we're still using plastic after millions have been killed is disconcerting.
You'd also think the government would ban police from using guns after the first 5 unarmed people were shot and killed. But were up to what, 672904 people now?
In the 90s, Burger King banned the Pokemon balls in their Kids Meals after it was reported ONE toddler died by choking on it. So, guns in police hands have killed thousands, and their boss didn't ban them!?

I hate plastic. But it’s in damn near everything. From contact lenses to the packaging your food is in. It’s everywhere.
Did you know they’ve found plastic particles in the human womb? It’s polluting our bodies before we are even born. And it will exact a heavy toll, I’m confident of that.

Contacts are OK because they're permanent.
BPA plastic can be ok as long as it remains a permanent fixture.
The one-time-use plastic needs to go - the plastic bags at the supermarket, food packaging, water bottles. And recycling needs to be mandatory.

You might like a dish that I made with it.
It is never really eaten plain.
Usually mixed in or added to other stuff which includes a mixture of herbs and spices.

Right.
Honestly I kinda like the idea of having kids learn martial arts or lift weights or some other vehicle for satiating the competitive drive for dominating one another that fuels bullying. That way, they can learn to respect one another through a controlled and relatively safe practice as opposed to the way it is now, which amounts to a policy of avoiding the problem.
Bullying is human nature. It’s rooted in competitiveness and lack of mutual respect. It becomes more subtle with time but it never really goes away, especially for those of us who aren’t emotionally mature.
