Iran's Navy and Air Force destroyed - New Threat to Oil Tankers
(upload 39 mins ago)
The new proud Iranian leader Mojtaba Khamenei (56) still hasn't appeared.
But he continues to spread his (?) threats through mouthpieces.
As said in the other thread, he could be in the UK or Austria.
From London
to Kitzbühel
As reported by Bloomberg and the British Financial Times in January, Khamenei Jr. owns a real estate empire abroad, worth around EUR 400 million. It includes hotels in Germany and Mallorca (Spain), a villa in Dubai and apartments in London with their own staff quarters. Officially, all this wealth is held by a front man for Khamenei: Ali Ansari, a high-ranking former banker and one of the richest men in Iran.

Israeli Jet Fighters
drop Leaflets over Beirut
+++
March 14, 2026, 12:01 AM
Israeli aircraft dropped leaflets over parts of the Lebanese capital Beirut, urging the population to work towards the disarmament of the pro-Iranian Hezbollah. Jet fighters flew at low altitude over the city, broke the sound barrier and triggered two loud explosions. The leaflets, addressed to
"Dear Lebanese citizens"
, called for the disarmament of Hezbollah, calling it
"Iran's shield"
. The future of Lebanon should be determined by its own people, not by external actors.
"Lebanon is your decision, not someone else's,"
the text stated. Stability is
"not just a word, but a right for every Lebanese citizen"

Daily War Life in Israel
Do the People stand behind Netanyahu?
Israel, together with the USA, is attacking Iran [
and Lebanon's Hezbollah
].
Are the people of Israel weary of war — or do they support the new front?
"close up"
For two weeks, the war is causing threat and destruction in Iran, Lebanon and the Gulf States. Besides military installations and political targets, civilians are repeatedly hit.
Although Israel has a sophisticated security infrastructure, even here people constantly must seek refuge from counterattacks. In Tel Aviv, sirens wail regularly, and people almost routinely interrupt their activities.
"One moment they're on a date, the next they're on their way to a bunker,"
reports ARD correspondent von der Tann [
= from the Fir
]. Many Israelis consider the war necessary despite this state of emergency.
War Weariness and Compassion for the Iranian People
In her encounters with Israelis,
von der Tann
often observes compassion for the Iranian population and early signs of war weariness — yet many still support the fight against the Islamic Republic of Iran, considered Israel's biggest adversary.
This episode of
"close up"
explores how the Israelis view this war, the level of support Prime Minister Netanyahu enjoys for his actions and what life and work are like in a country currently fighting on multiple fronts.

our reporters share their experiences from their research. They look behind the headlines, listen to those affected, and experience firsthand what most people only read about briefly in the weekly headlines. Actually, almost everything was already said in the introduction, in which these 3 sentences were particularly quoted:
"Netanyahu repeatedly emphasized the threat posed by Iran. People here internalized this.
But at the same time, I often hear about a bond with the Iranian people."

Iranian Women Soccer players granted Asylum in Australia pictured Training
Two Iranian women soccer players were seen training with the Brisbane Roar
after Australia granted them asylum, and they stayed behind as teammates headed home.
Two players from the Iranian women’s soccer team joined a practice session with a professional club in Brisbane in their first publicly-shared appearance since it emerged they were granted asylum in Australia.
….
….
The update came as the rest of Iran’s soccer delegation left Malaysia bound for Oman, apparently capping a tumultuous episode that saw Australia’s government offering most of the squad humanitarian visas after the team was knocked out of the Women’s Asian Cup. 7 women initially accepted the asylum offer before 5 changed their minds and said they would return to Iran.
….
….
A total of 6 players and one team staffer at first accepted humanitarian visas and guarantees of permanent residence in Australia, while their teammates departed Sydney for Kuala Lumpur on March 10, 2026. Over the next few days, however, 5 of those who accepted asylum offers changed their minds and flew to join their teammates in Malaysia. No reasons have been given publicly for the reversals, though Australian news outlets reported that local Iranian groups as suggesting the women faced pressure from Tehran.
The remaining squad flew from Kuala Lumpur to Oman on Monday night [
yesterday night
]. The Asian Football Confederation’s General Secretary Windsor John told The Associated Press the team’s departure was arranged by the Iranian embassy. Asked if the Confederation was satisfied that the women would be safe in Iran, Windsor said his organization and FIFA would check on them regularly through the Iranian football federation
"as they are our girls as well."

This Image is a terrible Humiliation.
The Iranian women's national soccer team refused to sing the national anthem during their first match at the Asian Cup (AFC) in Australia. Apparently under immense pressure, they changed their behaviour and even withdrew their asylum applications.
Players & members of the Iranian women's team during a reception ceremony back in Iran.
Of course, this image is just a snapshot. Perhaps the Iranian women were simply photographed at the wrong moment upon their celebrated return. Almost no player smiled during the reception in one of Tehran's central squares. But how likely is it that the joy only vanished from their faces at that moment? Not very. The story of the players' return from the AFC in Australia is simply too emotionally charged.
At the first group match, the players remained silent during the national anthem – in Iran, this was interpreted as a sign of defiance against the Mullah regime in Tehran, which is at war with the USA and Israel. State media later labeled them
"traitors"
even though they sang along and even saluted during subsequent matches. This seemed strangely involuntary.
The story of the Iranian women — especially the seven who sought asylum in Australia after the tournament and the massive uproar surrounding the national team — deeply moved people. Only two players withstood the apparently immense pressure from the Iranian regime and remain in Australia. They train with Brisbane Roar but stay at a secret location away from soccer.
A Picture that evokes Unease
"They were under immense stress. They didn't know what to do, they were worried about their families, their assets in Iran and they wondered what the best course of action would be,"
said Australian government's migration advisor Danai the week before last, after she spoke with the asylum seekers.
The rest of the team finally arrived back in Iran after a harrowing journey. The players were given a rousing welcome in Tehran. The scene was almost grotesque. Several thousand people attended, as suggested by images broadcasted on Iranian state TV. The soccer players wore hijabs during the celebration.
These images are nothing short of humiliating. Just ten days ago, a different picture circulated around the world: Five players who applied for asylum stood alongside Australian Home Affairs Minister Burke. They had removed their hijabs, their hair was uncovered and they radiated immense relief. Now, the other image — one that evokes unease. Because behind this image, there are apparently serious threats. This was reported by opposition media outlets such as
"Iran International"
.
Captain's Mother apparently Threatened
Take, for example, the case of Captain Zahra Ghanbari. She also withdrew her asylum application. Ghanbari
"reversed her decision to apply for asylum"
and will fly to Malaysia in the next few hours before
"returning to the arms of her homeland"
, the IRNA news agency reported a few days ago. No official reasons were given. However, there are increasing reports that her mother was subjected to massive threats by the Revolutionary Guard's secret service in Iran. It was apparently under this inhumane pressure that Ghanbari returned home.
Particularly insidious: The pressure on the captain is said to have come from within the team. Zahra Soltan Meshkehkar – a team manager who herself initially applied for asylum – reportedly tried to persuade the players to return to Iran. This sparked serious concerns about the women's future.
"I'm really worried,"
Tina Kordrostami of the Iranian-Australian Network told the Sydney Morning Herald. Other players are said to have received very urgent voice messages from family members. They caved under the pressure.
"…then a staged Show of Mercy"
The team's departure from Australia produced heartbreaking scenes. Some players flashed SOS signs from the team bus.
*
Journalists from the Sydney Morning Herald, who accompanied the subsequent overnight flight from Sydney to Kuala Lumpur, reported dramatic moments. Several players had tears in their eyes shortly before boarding. One woman made one last phone call to her family to decide whether she wanted to be among the teammates who stayed in Australia. In the end, she boarded the plane.
In Kuala Lumpur, the players were obviously under constant surveillance by security forces. Their cell phones were confiscated or could only be used under supervision. Exiled opposition politician Reza Pahlavi, son of the Shah of Persia, who was overthrown in 1979, warned of potential repression immediately after the team's departure from Australia. He stated that the regime often feigns reconciliation before imposing punishments.
"First there are threats, then a staged show of mercy – and finally retribution once the cameras are off,"
he wrote. This statement, following the players' staged return under the cynical motto
"My Choice. My Homeland"
bodes ill.
Meanwhile a wrestler, only 19 years old, was executed by the regime.
