He was drunk enough not to be driving
But yes, by US standards that was fairly aggressive of the police.
In my opinion they should be that way with everyone, on every occasion, when it come to self-regulated vehicular transportation.

She was extremely uppidity like she thought they should receive special treatment. Justin seemed more like he was on some other drugs than the alcohol. I didn't see them doing a sobriety test or breathalyzer. And honestly what the cop wanted Justin to do sounding complicated and I don't think I could do that sober.
