Don't know his name, he's been in jail after his attack on her. Crazy fact, her attacker was also an employer at another Payless not to far from the Payless she worked at. And I read he did the same thing to an employer at that one. Thank goodness he turned himself in because he probably would've committed the same crime again.

I don't think he received a life sentence (as he should have!), but according to Wikipedia, he got 33 years in prison and won't be released until 2025 or so
He should count his lucky stars that his name isn't revealed; I imagine there's lots of Gabby fans out there who wouldn't hesitate to take out his sorry ass with once he's released from prison!
