Shoudn't have started with the spin-off.

It's like rebooting Booker instead of 21 Jump st or The Lone gunmen instead of The X-files.They should have started with the much more popular Six million dollar man and eventually worked Jamie into the story and then possibly done a spin-off.

The pilot episode had big ratings. Something like 16 million viewers, but they seriously screwed up any momentum they had with the 2nd and 3rd episodes. Everyone I know that watched this show stopped watching after those episodes because it was an incoherent mess.

Problem is that Six Million Dollar Man was based on a book. The rights of which were owned and did not carry over. So They could not use Steve Austin, Goldman, or any of the copyrighted properties of the Six Million Dollar Man. The Bionic Woman was a whole new creation which while spun off from The Six Million Dollar Man was not owned by the same copyright. They could not do anything with the Six Million Dollar Man.

Did you ever finish it, does it end on a cliffhanger or is the story completed
I'm thinking about watching it after seeing the pilot back then and stopping because of the cancellation and all the behind the scenes drama
