They want to eliminate DEI with, what I believe is, the main claim it is causing widespread discrimination by hiring unqualified blacks over qualified whites for the same jobs.
First of all it is damn hard to generate any sympathy for a lot of whites for their own race and dominating gender after centuries of creating victims of non whites and all the oppression that goes with it.
Second, there is no large outcry of claims of white victims of DEI policies.
And finally, the main group that DEI is actually shown to benefit are the white women with blacks benefiting the least.
Which means if MAGA got their wish and eliminated DEI another form of affirmative action would come along which actually may benefit blacks in better ways.
Now with knowing all of this, if MAGA is still against DEI that would be retarded which I would expect since they are retards who voted for their king retard while all being racist misogynists which is retarded.

That the dumb faggat MAGAts are blindly eating up bullshit of a topic with buzz words and they go along with it just thinking it's a bad thing and want it stopped when actually it is doing pretty much what they want.
Of course they are always going to be against DEI until it gives the jobs and college admissions they think that should go to under-qualified white MEN instead.
