Name some better movies where you have seen it before?
Only one I can think of with an assemble of assassins after one target is Smoking Aces and that’s a crap movie.
This was better though the assembled assassins after one target is dumb.

There are plenty of films to refer to within this style, like The Gentlemen. Heck, I’d even watch the train set Silver Streak - ‘76 over this.
