It must of took years for the dinosuars to reach full growth , what did the park do while waiting for them to grow? I mean the first huge dino they see with the 60ft neck must of took over ten years to get that big. I find the whole thing inplausible.

They were building the park for years before that, so they had time. The dinosaurs were also bio-engineered, so likely had accelerated growth rates.

They’d been working on the cloning technology before they even began constructing the park. Remember they had Site B / Isla Sorna with already fully grown dinos. They just shipped them over to Isla Nublar once the park was built.
