So is this a sequel to "Dawn of the Dragonslayer" (2011)?

The director's the same, Paladins are mentioned (again), dragons are also present (again) Is this a sequel? A spin-off? Something related in some way?
Has it got more than ten actors? The first film had ten exactly - I actually counted Having more would be quite the achievement. -

This movie is a follow-up of sorts to Dawn Of The Dragonslayer. Although no character reappears from the earlier movie. Dragonslayer had 12 characters while this has 36 altogether, but just 12 who drive the main story.
