Justin Bieber spent a bit of time in Argentina until he wasn't allowed back in for disrespecting the flaga.
He was also caught with an underage girl in bed and loads of illegal narcotics in his room.
This was in November of 2013 while on his Believe Tour. It was the last time he was there performing.
Not his first time though. He was there in the October of 2011 during his My World Tour and again, drugs and girls were involved then.
One Direction's only appearance as a performing band was in May of 2014 during there Where We Are Tour and there was rumours of drugs and girls but n real headlines to establish it as much as with Justin Bieber.
But it's possible that the same Gopher went for both parties drugs and girls on these occasions. There's always somebody who knows everybody worth knowing for these things.
Now as for any overlap beyond Bieber, Buenoes Aires, the potential Gopher and P Diddy?
