I've always thought SMG was a good actress. I agree she was genuinely terrified during the second half of the film. When she sees Barry getting attacked you really get a sense of panic coming from her. JLH and Prince are so lousy in comparison. She has the same vacant expression on her face through out the whole movie.

SMG was the best in this film, I agree.
I also agree with the poster about Muse Watson. He comes across as so cheesy in the end.

She brought a touching vulnerability to her tragic character in this film. I felt really bad for Helen. Poor gal had a horrible family and just couldn't get a break.
