Anne Frank died in Bergen-Belsen (not Auschwitz).
Whilst what you say is absolutely true and cannot be misconstrued, she was detained and tortured in Auschwitz before she was transferred to Bergen-Belsen
Trans children gernally don't commit suicide in the hospital they get their "Surgeries" in but do later after being transferred into adulthood and reality beyond their childish notions (Or worse yet, abusive adults imposing upon them).

I really don't think that you've been taught the history of Gemany in Africa or indeed the history of Britain in Africa
Sad really because this thread was never meant to be about the UK vs Deutschland but moreso children being able to harm themselves through consent - AKA transitioning between the genders/sexes in an irreversible way.

Bagamoyo in particular, the old church if you can possibly visit it. It's an old port town used for the slave trade of East Africa transferring captured native people and transporting them to Zanzibar prior to them heading off to the Arab world, Asia and indeed Afrodeutsche to Germany.
The UK only has the small claim of David Livingstone and the monarch of the era ending slavery with the royalty of the Islamic world and stopping vessels from both Europe and the Arabic world from transporting slaves as it was consiered unfit behaviour for humans to undertake.
