Give me an example of another healthy working organ which is removed or surgically altered as a "defect"? It's only penises and vaginas.
And again, there are many transgender folks who prefer not to have genital alteration.

The "defect" is in the brain and chromosomes. The organs just happen to be that of the wrong gender

Of course they have high suicide rates. I'm not saying their lives are easy. I'm saying genital surgery is not the solution. Many trans people commit suicide after surgery.
The first rule of being a healthy person is to accept yourself. As I said, fine, live as whichever gender you choose. But don't think having a healthy organ turned into a nonworking replica of something else is gonna solve your problems.
It's as if you didn't read a word of my post and just gave me some kneejerk politically correct response.
